Terms of Service — Blackpool Air Guns Ltd

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, owned and operated by Blackpool Air Guns Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the site.

2. Catalogue only — no payments on site
This site functions as a catalogue of products we offer. We do not accept payments or complete orders via this website. All product listings, images, and specifications are for information only. Any sale or transaction is conducted offline via separate agreement or invoice. Until a sale is confirmed in writing, there is no contract.

3. What we offer — strict product limits
We only list and deal in sub-12 ft·lb (i.e. under 12 foot-pounds muzzle energy) air rifles and legal-power air pistols that comply with UK regulations without requiring a Firearms Certificate (FAC). We explicitly do not sell, offer to sell, or transfer any FAC air rifles, firearms, or other weapons requiring full firearms licensing.

4. Legal compliance & age / licensing checks
You are responsible for knowing and following relevant laws before you buy, possess, transport or use any air weapon. In the UK, air rifles above 12 ft·lb require an FAC. Air pistols may have stricter limits. Scotland uses a different air weapon certificate regime. Before we complete any sale, we may require proof of age, proof of address, and proof of any required licence or certificate. We reserve the right to refuse sale if legal or safety compliance cannot be confirmed.

5. Accuracy & availability
We aim to keep listings and specifications accurate, but they may change without notice. Images are illustrative. Always confirm availability, technical details and legal status with us directly before acting on a listing.

6. No contract by browsing
Viewing, downloading or printing a product listing does not create a contract. Any contract only forms when we provide a written confirmation or sales agreement.

7. Safety & proper use
Air weapons are potentially dangerous. You must follow all manufacturer guidance, safety instructions, and applicable laws. We are not liable for misuse, accidents, or improper handling of any product.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide content and listings “as is” without warranties, express or implied.

• We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products.

• These limitations do not affect your statutory consumer rights which cannot be excluded under law.

9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackpool Air Guns Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of any product, or failure to comply with laws.

10. Intellectual property
